Leaders are aware of different theories that they can apply to fit their leadership characteristics. In this context, I will describe one leadership theory that I witnessed in my former organization where I worked. Upon a critical review of the leadership theories, a leader should recommend the best one that can be applied to an organization to support its vision and mission. Ideally, an organization’s vision is to maintain a strong focus on human resources and delivering topnotch services to clients while developing an outstanding potential that can support the success of business associates.
