A hobby I developed during my childhood made me realize that I respond better to intrinsic motivation as compared to extrinsic motivation. I delighted in finishing cakes for loved ones for extraordinary events. When in school, I chose to make some additional cash by beginning a business of beautifying cakes. Be that as it may, as the business developed, my advantage and satisfaction in enhancing cakes declined. In the long run, I quit the business and did not make cakes for anybody, except for my child for around five years.
